As a progressive Vietnamese bank, VP Bank is a market leader focusing on new innovation for banking experiences. VP Bank sought to build an effective lifestyle platform that bridged offline & online experiences for their end-users, merchants and agents.

Integrated all-in-one ecosystem

Together with the VP Bank team, Aleph designed an integrated all-in-one ecosystem to empower and engage customers and prospects. This ecosystem entailed a wide range of banking and lifestyle services from music streaming to movies, travel bookings, and more. The main functionalities focused on promoting lifestyle use cases and digitising payments to help all users save time and remove cash friction.

Our approach builds trust and confidence with users by explaining the reason for requiring certain types of personal information. In turn, we created a more secure and safer platform for all end-users.

Alongside the consumer application, a merchant/agent platform was also designed to ensure a fully digital workflow.
