Vietnam International Bank’s (VIB) strategic partnership with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia spurred ideas of innovation and improvements for VIB to meet international standards. One key area of improvement was to re-design their public website. The vision of the new website was “To deliver the most innovative and customer-centric digital experience”.

Innovating all-digital experience
With this vision in mind, Aleph worked with VIB’s Digital Innovation team to map out the bank’s user personas and created user journeys to map out banking products that matched the user’s needs and wants. Rounds of rigorous research and user testing was conducted to craft a user-centric interface for VIB’s banking customers.
The website showcased both personal and business banking products as well as easy-to-use tools such as calculators to help customers make informed decisions when it comes to banking.
From styling to icons, plenty of attention was given by the team to ensure that a delightful product went live on the market.
An all-new design and interface
Positive feedback was received upon the launch with high praises coming from peers on the design and interface.
