As part of their digital transformation initiative, Central Group wanted to rethink how their end users interacted with their loyalty program.
Rethinking customer loyalty
Aleph worked closely with Central Group through innovation workshops and iterative designs to redefine customer loyalty. Leading user discovery and testing workshops, Central Group’s users were at the center of the entire project. Aleph led the front-end development, the CMS implementation and worked closely with the Central team to develop and build out a new technology architecture and stack.
By setting up a tribe of cross organization squads, Aleph and Central Group worked side-by-side with Scrum and Agile processes to develop and deliver on their vision.
An easy-to-use improvement
Having just launched, the iOS, Android and Web application has been applauded for its ease of use.
