In order to improve workforce productivity and empower field technicians and managers, SP Services required a new mobility tool with improved workflows. The SP Mobility was created with just that purpose.

Improving workforce collaboration

Aleph worked together with Accenture and SP services to develop a tablet application that allowed members of their workforce to work and collaborate better.

SP Mobility is the app that optimises the SP field technicians workflow. It helps them keep track of their day-to-day roles, elimiating the use of paper by filling up all required forms onsite. From there, field technicans can complete their required checklists, such as using a barcode scanner seamlessly integrated into the app to take photos as well.

With an app, SP Mobility integrated all external required information into one easy to use workflow.

Enhanced productivity for all

SP Mobility not only enhanced productivity for every field technician, it also provided better visibility of work for managers as well.
