Siam Commercial Bank, Thailand's second largest bank, recognised the need to improve their banking experience by consolidating all of their banking segments, including consumer and private banking, into a unified platform. To achieve this, we helped them undergo a CX transformation through the development of a website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) that focused on delivering a personalised experience for every banking needs.
