With the increasing prominence of wearable devices, MasterCard needed to rapidly innovate their Nearby app. To meet the rising needs of their customers, they needed us to create a companion app on the Apple Watch.
Built to meet rising needs
Working remotely from Singapore, the Aleph team streamlined the existing app to fit the wrists of customers by keeping it light, easy-to-use and fast.
The app helps customers locate ATMs, retail locations, available contactless payment options, and seek out establishments with deals and cashbacks.
Defining innovative essence
The end result was an app with the ability to enforce the brand's innovative essence which in turn saw an improvement in the overall app ratings.
