Host to diverse wildlife experiences and caring for over 1,000 species and 15,000 animals, Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) collaborated with Aleph to deliver a delightful cross-platform experience for users. Their mission was to deliver a personable, easy-to-use, and scalable e-commerce ecosystem that drives the growth of the Mandai and conservation community.
As their technology partner, Aleph sought to understand how WRS’ users think, uncover their pain points, and craft an experience centred around them.

Driven by Research
We integrated Martech (marketing technology) solutions to gather user data and craft tailored reports to Mandai on how their users are performing against key stats.
Through design thinking workshops and research towards delivering a personalised and delightful user experience, Aleph worked with WRS from the initial discovery phase to amplify and build the solution required.

Human-centered solutions
We helped WRS’ users discover more about their favourite animals, get value from their subscribed EDMs, alongside products that help to grow the Mandai conservation community. We crafted scalable components through a robust digital system, all through incorporating WRS’ brand and overall customer experience ecosystem.
Powering the design of wildlife and conservation.
We leverage our design thinking of A.C.T. (Act, Craft, Test) to empower the vision of technology and imagination.

Championing our users through UX
At the crossroads of data analytics, UX auditing, competitor studies, and design thinking, we champion our animals and our users through recognition, relevant experiences, and frictionless UX.

Bespoke experience meant for the zoo
We developed a personalised platform, integrated the fully-fledged services offered by WRS, and built a better, informed and seamless digital e-commerce experience that places users as our centre of focus.
