With mobile-based payment adjacent services expanding at an increasing rate, and with the rise of users moving to smartphones and web applications, IDEA Money wanted to create a platform that allowed their customers to transact with them in the easiest and most convenient way possible.

Transactions simplified for users
We redesigned the mobile and desktop apps by simplifying the user journeys, helping IDEA’s customers go through their day-to-day transactions with a single wallet across multiple platforms. Our user-centered strategy provided users with an easy way to digest information with helpful features to empower their needs in their daily lives. The features included requesting money, paying bills and paying merchants.
Alongside the consumer platform, a merchant platform was also designed to create a fully digital workflow.
