With the lofty ambition of making Singaporean companies globally competitive, Enterprise Singapore worked with Aleph to not just support, but to inspire businesses to dream big beyond their current capabilities.

Serving the needs of business owners

We conducted research activities to uncover insights into the concerns and aspirations of business owners. With our learnings, we applied them into our framework of product design and delivery, by putting the needs of the users first. Our research also informed and validated our work with rigorous usability testing to ensure we continually met the needs of our users.

Self-serve made simple

We enhanced the Enterprise Singapore website to better engage business owners and encourage them to explore based on their goals for their business. We also made it easier for them to connect directly with the help and support centres that are available within Enterprise Singapore to meet their needs and solve their problems.

Through an improved website, we reduced the friction to help business owners achieve their goals, and made it easier for Enterprise Singapore to support them on their journey.

Engagement with purpose

Operational efficiency is key in consistently solving the key needs of business owners and their pain points. We built a Martech ecosystem that made it easier for Enterprise Singapore to share data internally between departments, creating better engagement for business owners with purpose, all to drive an organisational mission of helping business owners in Singapore reach their goals.
