DBS wanted to launch a retirement planner tool to help DBS Relationship Managers to illustrate the retirement facts/news. RM’s were able to provide awareness on the rising cost of living along with retirement income gap based on customer’s sources of income.
Retirement plans made simpler
Thoughtfully designed to make the complicated and daunting task of retirement planning simple. The design was built for easier coversations where illustrations helped to simplify facts and figures for ease of understanding. The UI was also ergonomically designed to minimise juggling with a keypad, and ensuring a more efficient use of the RM’s time.
A retirement tool that met needs
The product was an immediate take-up by customers upon launch, which was well-received and highly-utilised.
