Centara is the leading global hospitality group providing enriching Thai-inspired experiences across the globe.

 

With the ever-changing and ever-evolving digital landscape, Centara needed to adapt. To revamp their website and reignite their seamless booking experience, they worked with Aleph to build an intuitive, multi-brand relaunch and a satisfying digital experience for their end users.

Personalised to meet the needs of users

We led customer journey mapping workshops, created user personas, and conducted extensive user research to identify our key targets. From there, we enhanced the experiences by diving deeper into what they were looking out for, and other benefits that they would enjoy such as membership rates and discounts on their favourite travel destinations.

 

The needs of our users were of utmost importance. We conducted research with the goal of delivering a core booking experience that not only met their needs of a wondrous travel experience, but also delighted them at every stage of the journey.

Unmatched travel experience

We redeveloped the digital experience to make booking a seamless experience from an end-to-end perspective. Users could now easily pick their favourite booking options, search with in-depth filters, and can get the best of both worlds when they choose Centara as their next travel spot.

 

We also unified content across the website, creating a space for community reviews to highlight their favourite memories, moments, and spots. Through mobile, we’ve also made it simpler for users to book corporate or social events right from their fingertips.

Redefined travel through digital

The result was a redesigned website that transformed the end-to-end user travel booking experience, while further pushing digital boundaries through improved interactions and touchpoints on mobile. We’ve redefined the experiences of Centara’s users to match their world-class hospitality.
