The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) wanted to launch an easy-to-use and simple mobile loan app to help them penetrate the markets of Vietnam and Indonesia. The app was targeted towards SMEs of these emerging markets and provide them with a painless experience when applying for business loans.

The app was designed with simplified journeys and steps to help users through a painless loan process while providing easily digestible information and tools to aid them in their application.

The app was 4.5 stars in the Google Play Store, cementing CBA’s presence in Vietnam and Indonesia as a leading innovative bank.
