Leo considers himself to be a specialised generalist, a kaleidoscope blend consisting of design, business, and strategic communication to amplify great design. Equipped with a strong foundation in design frameworks, research methodology, and co-design principles, there’s always room for beauty in every product. In another life, Leo envisions that he might have been a successful physicist in another universe. After all, keen skills of observation, decoding, and testing are written into Leo’s DNA.

On the horizon, Leo wants to dive deeper into solutions architecture and product management, as well as in optimising the way design is crafted. In addition, he plans to build a financial product in Vietnam that hits the sweet spot of human-centred design, agile delivery, and in making a business impact. Until then, you can find Leo gardening, brewing a good coffee, and playing host to his friends when they come over to his home.
