Armed with a curious creative mind and a 'let's do more' attitude, Dung Pham, or better known as 'Zoom', has been leading the Aleph Vietnam team to deliver higher results through authentic engagements. A florist at heart and just as good as a chef, Zoom spends most of her time exploring the wonders of psychology, better investment, and learning to get better through cooking.

She's quick and decisive, extremely well-versed in tackling phygital collaborations with other Alephians, and considers herself a leader who's always learning. For Zoom, she's got it down pat: from picking up financial management skills to learning French to communicate better with her husband, her open-mindedness is her superpower when it comes to managing tough challenges. There's nothing that fazes her.
