Over a 20-year spanning career, Nischal has led teams and elevated products for Aleph and many other clients, delivering transformational technology projects across Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. As a highly experienced ICT professional, his expertise also includes applications development, operations, cybersecurity, and cloud-based SaaS (software as a service) solutions. 

Since becoming a core member of the Aleph’s leadership team, Nischal has continued to contribute greatly to the organisation’s vision and mission. Nischal’s role also grew as Aleph continued to expand overseas, where he became a trusted advisor for clients in their digital transformation journey. Today, Nischal is Aleph’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who has been instrumental in helping clients across sectors establish their cloud-first strategy.
