Affectionately known as Polin, he manages business, project statuses, and strategic development when it comes to client communications. Originally starting out as a designer, and over time, picking up key skills in project management, Polin is able to guide directions when it comes to building a product, ensuring that processes, foundations, and structure surrounds it.

His keen eye for detail and a deep conceptual understanding of the product development process helps him bridge the gap between clients and his peers. However, Polin wants to go further, to grasp system infrastructure and business strategy, while continuing to be a good mentor for others. In his free time, Polin enjoys spending them with his Alaskan Malamute and dribbling past friends and foes on the basketball court.
