Key responsibilites
- You are able to conduct full lifecycle analysis to include users and business requirements, activities and strategic design approach
- You love data and analyse them to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into digital business decisions
- You want to bring to the table your analysis and synthesized reports with actionable takeaways and improvements
- Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our Human-Centered Design thinking and strategy that facilitates delightful user experiences
Prerequisites
- Work with UI/UX teams to prioritize business goals and information needed to craft the digital and design strategy
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insightful reports and suggest solutions to boost experience and performance
- Establish best practices in User Experience design
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
