Job description
We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented digital project manager to join our marketing team. The digital project manager will be responsible for designing and managing online campaigns, improving user experience, developing new concepts, using Google Analytics for monitoring and reporting, identifying and resolving issues, as well as adhering to specifications, and time and cost estimates. Your expertise in project management methodologies, digital technologies, and communication will be key in driving our projects to success.
Key responsibilites
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging open communication.
- Coordinate efforts between design, development, marketing, and other departments as needed.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor and adjust resource allocation based on project requirements and priorities.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Regularly assess project risks and implement necessary actions to address them.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan.
- Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members to ensure clarity of goals and tasks.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the project scope.
- Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Document and communicate changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Create post-project reports to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Marketing).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management.
- Profound understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, web development, and design processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications (optional but beneficial).
