Job description
We are looking for Project Manager Interns to join and support the Development team. We are looking for people who are curious, open, eager to learn and to eventually grow with us. Based on your performance, there is potential for a full time position in the future as well.
Key responsibilites
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Learn to develop, implement and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements.
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the agile framework.
- Learn to resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
- Learn to capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise Agile guidance, training materials, and content.
- Learn to enterprise Portfolio Planning and Management
- Improve the development life cycle (SDLC).
Prerequisites
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Understanding of basic software development principles and development methodology.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of software development.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- To be able to participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Have a passion for emerging technology, especially in the areas of mobile apps and social media.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Internship duration for 3 months and above
