Job description
We are looking for Java Developer Interns to join and support the Front-End Developer Team. We are looking for people who are curious, open, eager to learn and to eventually grow with us. Based on your performance, there is potential for a full time position in the future as well.
Key responsibilites
- Collaborate with the Developers to analyze and understand the requirements for assigned projects.
- Help in designing and developing scalable, maintainable and performing software solutions.
- Write high-quality, efficient, testable, and maintainable code in Java.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other related meetings.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and provide innovative solutions to problems.
- Write and execute unit tests.
- Be involved in the development life cycle (SDLC).
- Learn new technologies and programming languages as needed.
Prerequisites
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Understanding of basic software development principles and development methodology.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of software development.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- To be able to participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Have a passion for emerging technology, especially in the areas of mobile apps and social media.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Internship duration for 3 months and above.
