Job description

 
‘People are the Core’ is one of the key values of our company, and the Human Resources Manager will uphold this value in every facet of their work as a trusted advisor to all Alephians and leaders (local and regional) at all levels of the organization. You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. Most importantly, you excel in fast paced, dynamic environments, match the energy level of high passionate millennials with a strong driven mindset.
 
 

Key responsibilites

 

  • Establish proper and honest external employer branding to attract top talents in the digital, creative and technology ecosystem in Malaysia
  • Execute end to end recruitment process with aim to provide the best practice supporting the onboarding and offboarding life-cycle stages
  • Enable internal employer branding to effectively communicate Aleph company culture to all employees
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to support and drive functional business processes by providing human resources expertise that enhances communication, and facilitates the design of strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Familiar with application of work pass and dependant pass application and knowledge about Malaysia Labour law
  • Supervise employee business travel booking
  • Payroll and compensation
  • Leaves management
  • Supervise general administration and full spectrum of HR and Admin functions
  • Supervise, plan execute company events with other team members
  • Create and maintain regional and local sheets and reports
  • Supervise and mentor employees
  • Maintain office equipment (hardware and software)
  • Maintain Office filing systems
  • Be a mentor to HR Assistant and Recruitment Specialist
  • Studio Maintenance
 

Prerequisites

 

  • Self driven individual and university degree holder
  • Solid and proven human resources experience for at least 3+ years experience in a digital company is a plus.
  • Good listener and communicator
  • Passionate about people’s growth and development
  • Hustler and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Solution provider
  • Positive and growth driven mindset
